The Azucren Sponge Cake Mix is a delicious and spongy sponge cake to which an infinite number of fillings, aromas and flavours can be applied, so that we can "get them drunk" to give them a special touch.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, raising agents E500/E341/E450/E336/E575, vegetable emulsifiers E472b; E477 (palm), dehydrated glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavouring, stabiliser E415. How to use: Just add eggs, water and, if desired, lemon zest (or other flavouring) to the mixture to make a delicious cake base. These cake bases are suitable for almost all kinds of decorations, fondant, butter cream, etc. The 1 kg package is sufficient for 3 cakes of approx. 26-28 cm round or for 4 cakes of 22-24 cm round.
