CONCENTRATED MOJITO PASTE 300gr SUGAR

Paste obtained from selected fruit and juice concentrates. It's used to flavor ice cream or baked goods and enhance colors with natural colorants.  

Ingredients:  Glucose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, water, acidulant: E-330, flavorings and colorings: E-161b, E-133.

Recommended dose:  50g/kg of mix
